Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Executive Class Travel (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Executive Class Travel. By using our services, making bookings, or engaging with our platform, you agree to these terms.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking Acknowledgement & Journey Details
- Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email. It is your responsibility to check all details for accuracy and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
- A Journey Details email will be sent once a driver has been assigned. This includes pickup instructions and driver contact details. Refunds will not be issued for passengers who fail to carry this information.
3. Flight Delays & Missed Flights
- We are not responsible for missed flights due to traffic, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
- Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure. We accept no liability for missed flights if this guidance is not followed.
- We strongly recommend adequate travel insurance for all passengers.
- No refunds will be issued if passengers choose alternative transport without waiting for their driver.
4. Vehicle Capacity & Luggage
- We are not responsible if passenger or luggage requirements exceed the booked vehicle’s capacity. Please contact customer support if unsure.
- All luggage must be stored in the vehicle’s boot/trunk. If luggage exceeds capacity, the journey may be cancelled with no refund.
- Animals (excluding registered guide/service dogs) must be arranged at booking and secured in an appropriate carrier.
- The driver determines the journey route. Alternative routes are subject to discretion.
5. Contact Information & Flight Details
- Passengers must provide correct arrival dates and times when booking.
- Significant flight delays must be communicated immediately.
- If we cannot fulfil a booking, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
6. Booking Conditions
By placing a reservation via our website, you enter into a binding contract governed by these conditions.
- We reserve the right to revise Terms & Conditions without notice.
- All services are provided according to published specifications and pricing.
- Prices may increase due to external factors such as currency changes or passenger-requested modifications.
- Subcontractors may be used where necessary.
- Address collections allow 15 minutes waiting time; airport collections allow 1 hour before no-show charges apply.
Hourly Booking Rules
- Hourly bookings range from 1–24 hours.
- Each hour includes a complimentary 15-mile allowance (up to 360 miles).
- Additional mileage is charged at standard fare rates.
- Additional hours are billed at the original hourly rate.
- Multiple stops and refreshment breaks are permitted.
7. Terms of Carriage
- Vehicles are booked according to passenger readiness at the agreed time.
- Waiting time beyond grace periods incurs additional charges.
- Drivers may refuse travel if waiting charges are unpaid.
- We are not responsible for luggage loss or damage.
- Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, alcohol, hazardous materials, perishables, and cash.
8. Cancellations, Refunds & Child Seats
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the booking time.
- Full refunds apply for cancellations made 3+ hours before service.
- No refunds apply within 3 hours or for no-shows.
- Child seats are subject to availability. Children aged 12 or 135cm may travel without one.
9. General Applications
- We are not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
- Liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded.
- Website images are illustrative only.
10. Miscellaneous
Invalid or unenforceable clauses do not affect the remainder of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Grace Period
- Airport pickups: 1-hour grace period.
- Non-airport pickups: 15-minute grace period.
- Refunds apply if the driver fails to arrive after the grace period and alternative transport is arranged.
12. Complaints
Complaints should be submitted to contact@executiveclasstravel.co.uk or by calling 0333 090 0941. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 7 business days.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
