Refund & Returns Policy

At Executive Class Travel, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional chauffeur services with a focus on your comfort and satisfaction. Our refund and returns policy for Executive Class and Economy Class bookings is designed to provide you with a clear and straightforward process.

8. Cancellations, Cancellation Charges, No Shows, Refunds & Child Seats

  • Passengers may cancel a reservation subject to booking terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Executive Class Travel.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the booking time via email at contact@executiveclasstravel.co.uk or by phone on 0333 090 0941.
  • Cancellations made 3 hours or more before the booking time qualify for a 100% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for bookings made in error by the customer.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 hours of the booking time.
  • If a pricing error occurs during reservation by a staff member, the customer will be informed and may either pay the price difference or receive a full refund.
  • All pickup and drop-off locations must be included in the booking. Failure to adhere to these locations may result in additional charges.
  • Child seats may not always be available. Children aged 12 or those measuring at least 135 cm in height may travel in the rear seat without a child seat.
  • If a flight or train is delayed by more than 3 hours, we will attempt to arrange alternative transportation. If this is not possible, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.
  • A 15-minute grace period applies to address collections, and a 1-hour grace period applies to airport pickups after flight landing. Waiting time beyond this incurs a charge of £15 per 15 minutes, calculated proportionally.

Cancellations

Executive Class Reservations

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 3 hours before pickup.
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 3 hours of pickup.

Economy Class Reservations

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 3 hours before pickup.
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 3 hours of pickup.

Refunds

Refunds for Executive Class and Economy Class bookings are processed within 7–10 business days from the cancellation date and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Modifications

To modify your booking, please contact our customer support team at contact@executiveclasstravel.co.uk or call 0333 090 0941 at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Requests are subject to vehicle availability.

No-Shows

If you fail to attend your scheduled pickup or do not meet your driver at the agreed location without prior notice, the full fare will be charged and no refund will be issued.

Inclement Weather

In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances causing service disruption, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
